1. Tenant Search Only
A letting fee equal to 7% of 6/12 months rent exclusive of VAT subject to a minimum charge of £225. A fee of £35 plus VAT for negotiating rent increase and or renewal agreement to existing Tenants.
2. Tenant Search & Rent Collection Processing
A letting fee of £100 plus VAT for the introduction by the Agent of each new Tenant payable at the creation of each new tenancy to a new tenant. An ongoing monthly charge of 7.5% plus VAT of the gross rent. A renewal Agreement to existing tenants £35 plus VAT.
3. Tenant Search & Full Management
FREE Tenant introduction by the Agent of each new tenant worth £100. An ongoing monthly charge of 8% plus VAT of gross rent. FREE renewal contracts to existing tenants worth £35. We also guarantee to let your property or we will refund you £100, payable when a tenant is found. If management consent is withdrawn before a Tenant is found then the due fee will become void.
4. Empty care
Landlords who would like their property monitored whilst empty as detailed in our terms of business. Landlords are strongly advised to ensure that they comply with all their insurance policy requirements for vacant properties. From £15 per visit plus VAT.
